Expect to get together quarterly for intense in-person working sessions called “surges.” learn more about working at Coinbase.As a Manager, Markets Sales on the STP Derivative Sales team, you'll drive Coinbase Advanced's derivatives growth across the UAE, MENA, and Europe by originating and expanding relationships with professional traders. This team owns revenue and market share for Coinbase's derivatives products, including crypto perpetuals, options, and RWA products, across global markets. You'll personally own the client acquisition pipeline for the region, execute the regional sales strategy, and represent Coinbase as a senior market ambassador at events and conferences across some of crypto's fastest-growing markets. What you'll do: Own and grow a network of professional traders across the UAE, MENA, and Europe, driving revenue through high-touch, relationship-led acquisition from origination through onboarding and ongoing account management. Execute the regional sales strategy for the UAE, MENA, and Europe, delivering against targets for market penetration, trading volume growth, and client expansion. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Risk, and Compliance teams to localize perpetual futures, futures, and options products to meet regional compliance requirements and market demands. Represent Coinbase at client meetings, industry events, and conferences across the region, deepening existing relationships and sourcing new high-value opportunities. Build and optimize sales processes, CRM workflows, and pipeline tracking to improve origination efficiency and reporting accuracy for the regional business. Required Skills and Experience: 8+ years in derivatives sales, trading, or structuring (crypto or FX/rates/equities) with direct P&L responsibility and a proven track record of independently sourcing and closing high-value clients. Deep knowledge of the UAE, MENA, and European crypto regulatory and market environment, with demonstrated experience executing regional growth strategies in derivatives markets. Demonstrable expertise in perpetual futures, futures, and options, with existing relationships across prosumer and advanced retail clients in the region. Proven experience working with active and prosumer traders (e.g., high-value retail, professional day traders, social/desktop trading communities), ideally on derivatives platforms, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue or volume targets. Willingness to travel regularly within the UAE, MENA, and Europe for client meetings, events, and conferences. Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
